As a Mental Health Counselor and Life Coach with over 15 years of experience in psychology and wellness, I specialize in supporting individuals navigating depression, anxiety, and ADHD. Together, we’ll work on establishing practical coping tools and mindful practices that foster growth and resilience.

My approach is integrative, flexible and collaborative, blending Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with Mindfulness-Yoga Therapy, and at times, drawing on the healing presence of nature through outdoor sessions or in telehealth sessions.
